This is a great opportunity to make a strong impression and learn more about various employers. To help you stand out positively, here are a few key expectations: Dress for Success: Wear business casual or professional attire. First impressions matter, so choose clothing that reflects your professionalism. Be Punctual: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, find a seat, and settle in before the session begins. Timeliness shows respect for the employer’s time and sets a positive tone. Exude Professionalism: Be attentive and respectful throughout the session. Prepare a few questions in advance and engage when appropriate. Networking starts here, so be ready to introduce yourself with confidence! Honor Your Commitment: If you register for an event, we along with employers, who invest time and resources to connect with Emory students, expect you to attend. If an emergency arises, please cancel your registration as soon as possible. Be Camera-Ready (for Virtual Sessions): Plan to keep your camera on during virtual events unless otherwise instructed. Being visible demonstrates engagement, professionalism, and respect for the employer. Participate from a quiet, distraction-free environment whenever possible.
