The Emory Career Center Corporate Sponsorship program increases awareness of your opportunities to Emory University’s undergraduate  students, while also supporting critical Career Center services that supports the students we serve. Your support as a Sponsor impacts your organization’s recognition and branding; access to career fairs, events, recruiting, and our students; and exclusive connections to the Emory Community. Your support as a Sponsor impacts the professional development of every undergraduate student.

SPONSORING ORGANIZATION APPRECIATION RELATIONSHIP (SOAR) – $5000

  • Individual sponsorship branding webpage on the Emory Career Center’s website that includes a customized dynamic feed with your specific jobs & internships, events, social media, alumni spotlights, employer branded content and news
  • Complimentary registration with choice table placement for SWAG and Employer Expo Day and recognition on all marketing
  • Complimentary registration for any virtual career fairs
  • Exclusive Employer Partner access account on EagleOps to search Emory students profiles and resumes
  • Local Atlanta company sponsor can host a student site visit day
  • Sponsorship recognition at all Career Center professional development and workshop events
  • Priority invitation to participate in Resume Renovation & Mock Interview events
  • Priority invitation to all networking and panel events
  • Priority use of conference room during on-campus interviews
  • Option to meet with full Career Center staff and select university contacts to share your opportunities

SIGNATURE EMORY EVENT (SEE) – $2000

Companies will be spotlighted with logos, choice table placements and/or visibility opportunities, choice to bring up to 5 representatives, and all student marketing by choosing from one of the following Emory Career Center Annual Signature Events (you are not limited to sponsoring only one event and can select multiple sponsorship at $2k each):

  • I-Banking Prep Seminar & Virtual Career Fair – Pre-fall semester August event with opportunity to present a workshop topic
  • Consulting Prep Seminar & Virtual Career Fair – Pre-fall semester August event with opportunity to present a workshop topic
  • SWAG and Employer Expo Day – choosing from fall 2022 or spring 2023 semester (includes logo place on SWAG Bag, handed out to all students upon check-in)
  • Atlanta Abounds Networking Reception – held annually each fall (includes two high boy tables in a choice location)
  • Emory Elevates Equity DEI Recruiting Event – choosing from fall 2022 preparation seminar or spring 2023 semester virtual career fair

 

EAGLEOPS EXPLORE ACCESS ACCOUNT – $500.00

This is an exclusive account access in our EagleOps CSM, powered by 12twenty, that will allow select employers of the ECC choice to explore our Emory undergraduate student profiles and their latest resumes utilizing filters to vet and target desired student populations. The EagleOps Explore level account will allow email communications with your choice students to brand your company, market details about your job and internship opportunities and provide personal outreach messaging encouraging target talent to discover more about a career with your organization.
Exclusive EagleOps Explore accounts are available at the discretion of the Emory Career Center and partners will be chosen based on student interest and alignment with Emory undergraduate career goals. If selected and approved for this type of account, your company will be invoiced for $500 to cover the academic year that starts annually Aug 15th and ends every May 15th.

The ECC reserves the right to rescind the EagleOps Explore account access at any time should communications with students become problematic in either content or abundance.
